About AC Leaderboard

How it works

The desktop companion app reads Assetto Corsa's shared memory in real time, captures every clean lap, and uploads it to the AC Leaderboard server. Times are validated automatically: car checksums (Kunos cars only — mods are accepted but skipped), sector consistency, plausibility against the current world record, and rate limits to prevent abuse.

The web leaderboard ranks every driver across every track and car. Personal bests, weekly challenges, sector-by-sector comparisons, and telemetry traces are all included. Mod cars and tracks are supported.

Fair play

• Driving aids that cross the line into automation invalidate a lap (ideal-line, auto-shift, stability control)
• ABS, traction control, auto-clutch are allowed
• Tyres-off-track, pit entries, damage, and penalties are tracked and counted against lap validity
• Outliers (laps 20%+ faster than the current world record) are flagged for admin review
• Community reporting is built in — every leaderboard entry has a "report" action
